компания "social discovery ventures" social discovery ventures is an international it company with a vast portfolio of social discovery products and a market of 140 million users worldwide. for over 20 years, we have been developing premium global online dating services and launching new projects in the segments of entertainment, social games, streaming, and ai.our team of 700+ people based in 11 offices across 5 continents designs innovative products that change the virtual communication experience. our offices are in latvia (riga), malta (sliema), the usa (new york, san francisco), china (chongqing), hong kong, colombia (medellin), queensland (australia), armenia (erevan), kenya (nairobi), and georgia (batumi).now we’re looking for a lead generation manager (affiliate program).you will play a key role in driving qualified lead generation through the effective use of various digital marketing channels through strategy and day-to-day implementation of campaigns. with full ownership of managing ppc, display, seo, cro, content, and social media channels, you will analyze performance and look at ways to improve warm leads to our website. responsibilities: plan, implement, and deliver activity across various digital marketing channels to generate quality leads for the affiliate program. develop, implement and deliver strategies to increase brand awareness, such as creating promotional campaigns that use social media channels such as facebook, twitter, youtube, and linkedin. use all research and lead generation tools, including internet sources such as social and business media. work with wider teams to ensure digital content and tone of voice is on brand ensuring it’s optimized for seo purposes to generate relevant traffic to the affiliate program website. lead seo best practices and regularly review keyword and phrase relevance, ensuring both on and offsite seo delivers consistent growth in relevant, quality traffic. analyze channel performance on a regular basis including reporting and spotting opportunities to improve on roi, and improve performance through reporting & analytics. deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard.requirements: 3+ years of experience in a similar position and a proven, successful track record of running omnichannel digital marketing campaigns and delivering leads through digital channels. strong background and hands-on experience in digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) ppc, seo, social media, email marketing, affiliates & google analytics. ability to lead a project from inception to completion and analysis. resource management, spend budget planning, and management experience. advanced working knowledge of google workspace. fluent english google adwords and analytics certified (nice to have).we offer: remote full-time work 7 paid sick days per year full compensation for international conferences and training bonuses for the recommendation of successful candidates for the companychr(39)s vacancies up to $ 5,000 our own line of branded clothing and accessories with corporate logos for various occasions internal gamified reward system: get bonuses from your colleagues and exchange them for days off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
