компания "наталья мирская" an international consulting firm of russian origin is looking for an experienced and reliable chief accountant and financial manager who become a trusted team member. responsibilities: - bookkeeping and tax accounting - interaction with tax authorities and state funds - maintaining management accounting annual and monthly plan, fact budget, providing various analytics to shareholders - bank accounts management, payments, all interaction with the bank - invoicing, control and processing of payments and accounts receivable - introduction of electronic document management where possible - analysis of tax aspects of contracts with clients and other operations of the company - calculation of bonuses for employees, according to the bonus policy - payroll management - maintaining personnel records - providing necessary paperwork and statements to employees - other relevant tasks requirements: experience in legal, consulting or investment banking will be a strong plus conditions: could work part time and part time from home
