компания "псн казстрой" wood (trading locally as wood kss llp) is currently recruiting for lead electrical engineer -expression of interest with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry. remote working is available. responsibilities: manage a team of engineering and designers to execute the scope of work ensure compliance with all local and international standards and adherence to company specific standards responsible for the integrity of the deliverables and ensure all comply with originating, checking and approving procedures focal point for 3d model review(s) and the timely closing of all comments developing ctr’s and identifying and flagging any changes with engineering/project managers inputs to the schedules and ensuring that work is executed in the agreed timeframe manpower planning through all phases of the projects final sign off on all deliverables for the discipline closure of any technical and site related queries liaison with client lead discipline engineer liaison with overseas engineering office skills / qualifications technical degree (bsc) or higher in their chosen discipline experience of working as a lead in their discipline for no less that 5 years ability to provide guidance and direction to project team, managing, motivating and mentoring professional engineering specialists ability to discover issues and recommend solutions to technical and commercial issues uncovered during course of performing assignments proficient user of relevant software and calculation templates professional level of ability in the application of standards, processes and procedures and how they are used in work execution; professional level of knowledge of applicable codes and standards technically competent in own discipline, pursues continuous professional development of skills and knowledge according to standards maintains own knowledge of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments and promotes to direct reports applies mature professional knowledge and experience to assignments where issues and factors to be considered may be characterized by unusual demands and require additional evaluation to establish the nature and scope of the problem demonstrated ability to apply advanced laws, principles, mathematics or industry knowledge in the improvement and development of designs demonstrated skills in persuasion, negotiation, motivation and communication demonstrated proficiency in project planning possess a working knowledge of the various business units, functions, sectors and services offered within business area, and general understanding of other wood business offerings requires mature professional knowledge in planning and conductingssignments having scope for co-ordination of difficult tasks proficiency in english at an advanced level (written and oral) personal attributes: solution-oriented, creative, able to take a rigorous approach to deliver quality solutions able to effectively convey information to others, orally and in writing good interpersonal and teamwork skills, building positive relationships with managers, subordinates, colleagues and customers enthusiastic, conscientious, striving for continuous professional development safety awareness and commitment to safety culture in all aspects of daily work strong organizational skills and attention to detail purposeful, shows personal initiative decent, hardworking, positive, reliable flexible and easily adaptable to the changing needs of projects
