Control System Commissioning Supervisor / ICSS Supervisor

Currently Airswift is looking for a candidate for the Control System Commissioning Supervisor position for a big project one of our Clients.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for commissioning activities in ESS and ICSS for utility & process units. Reports to Control System Commissioning Engineer. Control System Commissioning Supervisor shall: Ensure the technical integrity is achieved for Control system activities. Ensure that the plant equipment is in compliance with project contract and specification requirements and is set up and tested as per supplier requirement. Provide day to day focal point for project support for process control systems. Initiate and validate modification of the application of the Control systems as and when required. Prepare a smooth module yard testing of control systems and packages Work closely with commissioning personnel, equipment supplier and E&I commissioning to expedite problem resolution and elevate problems and concerns to the proper levels of management for urgent solution. Prepare all the associated documentation for Commissioning activities and follow up in the completion data base. Ensure that the works proceed in conformity with the schedule and report any deviation to the Control System Commissioning Engineer. Responsible for safety, safe working practices and environment issues in all the areas under their control. Maintain a comprehensive log of activities and report progress to the Control System Commissioning Engineer. Coordinate the activities with Construction Supervisor, Subcontractor, field engineers and technicians. Interface with all disciplines and third party. Coordinate the completion of punch list clearance with Construction and Subcontractor in areas under his control. Experience Requirement: Minimum 3-5 years plus in Oil & Gas facility projects/ LNG Commissioning Start-up or Operation with experience in Instrumentation/Control systems inspection testing and Commissioning. Knowledge of Instrumentation Control systems (DCS, ESD, F&G, MOV, etc). Excellent communication and leadership skills, handling a team of technicians . Problem identification & initiating changes to full implementation. Driving HSE performance in the project execution. To have technical vocabulary and very good level in English (intermediate is minimum). The interview will be in English. Conditions: Location: Belokamenka (Murmanskaya oblast), Russia. Schedule - shifts 56/21 days, 6/1 (60 hours per week). Travel and accommodation expenses are compensated. Fixed-term labor contract for 1 year with prolongation.
