компания "henkel central asia & caucasus" обязанности: responsible for managing and performing work across multiple human resources areas. responsibilities include: managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. coaching and reviewing the work of outsource problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience general hr program/policy development, administration, and compliance general business support be accountable for hr business partnership (consulting and coaching e.g. working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.) enabling business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.) hr program advocacy (e.g., communicating the business value of hr initiatives, managing hr program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc.) partnering with the business on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.) employer reputation program development and implementation and promoting the organization’s image as a desirable place to work talent prospecting at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions staffing & recruiting: job advertising and posting internally and externally, including third party recruiting agencies attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates and acquiring skilled labor for organization needs including talent evaluation and screening (assessing skills, testing, ranking, reference checking, etc.) employee hiring, onboarding talent & organization performance responsible for employee career development to make the best use of employeeschr(39) current and future abilities planning, organizing, and developing training portfolio offer analyzing training needs and providing training portfolio offer to address them evaluating third part training providers managing delivery of internal and externally provided training
