компания "представительство abbott laboratories s.a в рб" this position works out of our almaty, kazakhstan location in the abbott rapid diagnostics infectious disease division. business development manager will take responsibility, for building an effective sales pipeline which will result in achieving strategic & financial goal in his region. this position plays a key role in managing the sales and marketing, regulatory and supply chain activities through combination of direct (ngos) and distribution organizations in ukraine, armenia, georgia, moldova, uzbekistan, kazakhstan. what you’ll do • develop/shape/customize/implement/drive the local country commercial / marketing strategy to be aligned with ardx global & regional commercial / marketing strategy • contribute to the strategic direction and business development of ukraine, armenia, georgia, moldova, uzbekistan, kazakhstan business, by providing extensive market intelligence relevant to maximizing the ardx - idem product portfolio market opportunities in its territory. • engage at the highest level of the government, creating company to country initiatives and solutions that address the strategic needs of the country • meet established financial goals (top line & bottom line) and objective while maintaining territory budget. • track sales results vs projected budget and outcomes objectives. • develop go to market strategies through direct sales efforts and business partners to accelerate ardx – idem products and services with business partners in ukraine, armenia, georgia, moldova, uzbekistan, kazakhstan. • develop commercial launch plans for new product introduction • support distribution partners in the sale of products, including training, sales meeting, technical expertise and marketing support of the ardx – idem product portfolio. • rigorous management of ardx – idem distribution partners including goal and territory management, target setting, operational and strategy business reviews, and performance management • identify customer issues and resolves sales related difficulties. full year • act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation and all customer follow up. • timely follow up and management of all leads that are distributed in territory • coordinate and facilitate market regulatory requirement & procedures. • recruit and manage sales, marketing and functional team in responsible countries required qualifications • bachelorchr(39)s degree or higher in business, biological science or related field. • at least 10 years’ industry experience with ideally 3-5 years of sales leadership experience • familiarity with diagnostic industry practices and ideally has familiarity with market(s) relevant to product line. • thorough knowledge of the healthcare industry and private healthcare providers • consistent track record of achieving profitable growth • negotiation success, securing contracts. • fluent in english
