компания "mazars" over 30 years of dynamic and sustainable development, marillion (formerly mazars) has become a strong player on the market, entering the top 8 of audit and consulting groups in russia. we provide professional services in audit, accounting outsourcing, financial, tax and legal advisory. now we are seeking a due dilligence consulting senior manager. responsibility: lead financial due diligence control of terms and quality of reports. report protection. participation in negotiations with potential customers and stakeholders. search for potential customers and sales channels for financial advisory. maintaining internal reporting (budgeting of income and expenses of the department, calculation of labor costs, pricing) prepare reports and deliverables develop and maintain strong professional relationship with clients and targets work within a small team of the financial advisory services department, grow together requirements: university degree (preferably in finance, economics) successful experience on financial due diligence strong knowledge of ifrs and russian accounting standards ability to build excellent relationships with clients and targets fluent in english and russian excellent team member focused on meeting deadlines with the highest level of quality hard working, ready to take on responsibility excellent analytical skills and software skills (ms office and 1c) acca/cfa qualification is a plus we offer: official stable salary annual bonuses based on performance voluntary health insurance office in moscow center (kurskaya metro station) lunches allowances internal and external trainings
