Sales Training Manager

компания "oppo kazakhstan ltd ( оппо казахстан лтд)" roles and responsibilities: training part responsible for new product training strategy and plans, training slide localization，sales skills, sales speech development in russian language and implementation in countries. trainers and promoters abilities improvement project，training activities plan and implementation ka training material development, training progress and achievement inspection promoter management part 1. plan promoters and trainers incentives policy, training and some special activities, boost sales confidence. 2. build and run a matrix activities of trainer and promoter propaganda platform（like facebook/instagram）, ensure effective operations to reach maximum customers by social media; 3. follow up promoters team sales achievement, analyze the changes in sales per promoter, find problems, push promoters sales target achieved. 4. optimize management methods for promoter team from selection, assessment, training, incentives, etc., and follow up the implementation of the plan and the effect evaluation; qualifications bachelor’s degree and above，3 years or above working experience in mobile phone market sales training or promoter management. familiar with curriculum development/experience extraction, with experience in curriculum development and training presentations. proficient in using microsoft ppt/excel/doc have some experience in talent development, sales ability improvement, process construction, and incentive activities english and russian can be used as a working language and accept business travel responsible for the training and promoter management job in oppo agents in russia, kazakhstan and uzbekistan proactive, user-oriented, excellent presentation and communication skills
