компания "corinthia hotel st.petersburg (отель «коринтия санкт-петербург»)" learning & development manager reports to the human resource director and provides training support and training delivery to all departments of the hotel. learning & development manager supports gm in implementing quality culture through various activities in the qa function. the selected candidate will be responsible for: keeping abreast of newest trends and innovations in the hospitality industry and within learning and development networking with the learning & development and hospitality community, acting as an ambassador for corinthia in liaison with the hr director identify training and development needs within the hotel through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with senior executives, heads of departments (hod) and associates. designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual. provisioning or the training, coaching, mentoring and orientation programs. developing effective induction programs conducting appraisals devising individual learning plans providing training materials for in-house courses managing the delivery of training and development programs by operational coaches. analyses and evaluates all learning & development activity on a monthly basis. communicates to executives, hods and colleagues the success of various learning & development initiatives, demonstrating their positive impact on the business working closely with and assist colleagues responsible for quality standards throughout the business to ensure that analysis and evaluation of quality standards is effective, that market metrix reports are being regularly assessed by all departments effectively planning, researching, designing and delivering new talent initiative managing and executing existing policies and procedures ensuring compliance and recommending changes if needed to ensure improved guest satisfaction and safeguarding company interests the ideal candidate will: have minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a learning & development in 5* hotels or hospitality sphere. have strong working knowledge of excel, power point, adopt photoshop; ms office full competency, hr systems effective time and priority management have strong communication and interpersonal skills in english & russian be able to work under pressure and work on own initiative conditions: work in the very center of the city (7 min from metro mayakovskaya & vladimirskaya) a chance to join high performing team of the best mice hotel in russia broad opportunities for rapid career growth in the fast developing chain of international 5 stars hotels competitive officially declared salary medical insurance for you and for your child (after the probation period) wide range of staff incentive programs; corporate learning and development opportunities free meals on duty friendly atmosphere and mutual support cvs are expected only in english
