компания "пст лабс" we’re looking for a business analyst who will be working closely with the sales team by providing their domain expertise & business consulting in initial communications with the client. objectives of this role the pre-sales business analyst will provide support for sales activities and bid teams, working with the solutions architects, writing proposals, solutions overviews and value propositions, translating these into offerings for delivery by the clients teams and then presenting them to the clients. requirements and skills: 2+ years of experience in business analysis; experience with the full project life cycle in an agile/scrum environment; deep understanding of how a project is decomposed into various responsibilities for other team members; experience in collaborating with the sales team on calls with prospects to understand business requirements; exposure to various tools such as jira, etc; fluent technical writing skills; upper intermediate english is a must; experience working with 3rd party vendors and offshore teams; well versed with running presentations in a workshop setting for a customer executive, groups of business and technical leaders, excellent facilitation and presentation skills; excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills and ability to provide appropriate technical solutions as per the customer’s requirements and budget; motivated leader with a proactive approach; ambitious, bright and hardworking; ability to multitask; software pre-sales experience would be a plus. responsibilities: managing the q&a process (questions collection, consolidation and q&a facilitation with the client); facilitating presales discoveries; defining solution scope in a form of the feature list with complete coverage of all the requirements in rfp on the level of the details efficient/required for estimations. based on the rfp input materials quality and timeframe it will be ball park/high level or detailed feature list; facilitating estimation and solution design processes with solution architects/technical team; consolidating estimates and assumptions; defining and describing: roadmap and delivery methodology; discovery workshops agenda and schedule; visualizing and optimizing presentation of the proposal content using various techniques; creating proposal presentation decks (powerpoint), presenting proposals to customers; working as engagement manager / business consultant during kick-off and discovery phase.
