компания "кентек казахстан,(тоо кктс)" ir representative tengiz 28/28 duties: 1. introduction and promotion of high values and standards of corporate culture and communication with colleagues, employees of the contractors. 2. promotion and facilitation of the implementation of teamwork strategy, exemplifying the corporate communication style and behavior. 3. as a result of daily rounds of worksites to: − obtain information about general situation, the working atmosphere, and the state of industrial relations in the assigned area; − identify conflict / emergency situations in the assigned area; − conduct explanatory work among employees on procedures; − consider the issues of placing complaints, zero tolerance of violence and of alcohol consumption and drugs. 4. showing attention and readiness to accept and listen to any of the employees involved the works in the assigned area, regardless of his position, place of work, nationality, religion and gender. 5. daily supervision and monitoring of the status of industrial relations on the project and within the contractor companies, demonstrating proactive approach in the following: − liaison with employee representatives. − identification of potential labor conflicts, disputes, civil unrest or unauthorized rallies and reporting them to the line manager. − monitoring of the internal trends and external directions and manifestations of labor relations in the company/contractor companies and submission of the relevant reports and recommendations to the management of the company / contractor companies. − collection of the information on industrial relations issues, as well as ensuring timely response to the information received. − consideration of the possible impact of any changes on the working situation in the work areas. − conducting an analysis of the available information for identification and definition of possible causes of the problems encountered. − assessment of the potential ir risks for the production activities of projects. 6. preparation of daily reports to line manager: − on the condition and status of industrial relations, including the results of any corrective action. − on the work done and planned. 7. for the purposes of self-improvement and professional growth: − to keep abreast of the latest developments and initiatives in the field of industrial relations, changes in labor legislation and the economic situation. − to undergo regular training on the percipio corporate training platform on the approved subject. 8. compliance with the internal labor regulations and other internal regulations of the employer. 9. observance of the internal rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial hygiene and fire protection. 10. ensuring the observance of cleanliness and order in the workplace. 11. carrying out official assignments, orders and assignments of his immediate supervisor, hr/ir manager and project manager skills requirement: ▪ fluency in kazakh, russian languages ▪ responsibility; ▪ ability to work under pressure/stress; ▪ mindfulness; ▪ accuracy and focus on details; ▪ diligence core competencies: ▪ knowledge of labor legislation; ▪ basics of mediation and the disputes and conflicts resolution procedure; ▪ technologies of computing, communication, and interaction; ▪ health protection standards and industrial hygiene rules.
