компания "udalenno" we are a growth services business company. we offer outsourced sales, business development and consultancy services and inhouse sales support. we help b2b companies selling high value and relatively complex solutions sell more by augmenting or plugging gaps in their sales and marketing funnels. we only work with companies whose products and solutions we believe in, by helping great companies connect and do business with other great companies they help each other grow we consult with clients to develop campaigns/marketing plans/research and lead generation approaches that will bring in the right leads to match the approaches and targets agreed for the client. our bd and sales teams will support with outreach and appointment setting to achieve client and target customer conversations and subsequent sales. we believe that a strong business community is one of the most important vehicles we can use to help make the world a better place for all. now we are hiring a new team assistant (operations, marketing and sales support). who we are looking for a candidate with: english: c1 level with the ability for communication and understanding instructions 3 years of experience in administration/project management/crm management previous experience in team support in a relevant field is a must previous experience in marketing or sales and b2b is essential. bachelor in business studies, marketing, business administration or related field good working knowledge of crm systems (zoho a bonus) microsoft word excel at a strong level. result-driven and highly attentive to details excellent organisational skills. excellent written and verbal communication. great work ethic with drive to succeed and constantly improve results. team oriented. hardworking and flexible with your time to meet deadlines. strong digital know-how is an advantage. as a part of a company, your responsibilities will be: checking campaign content and emails for outreach campaigns inbox management for clients, including appointment setting and diary management managing responses and keeping the crm up to date, uploading new data set for crm workflows. assigning positive leads/emails that need responses to the bdr team. creating and managing activities for the sales team within the crm. managing unsubscribes. monitoring successes of outbound campaigns and lead performances via reports and crm dashboards. developing and launching new emails/campaigns within our email sending platform. building workflows and reporting on campaign successes. research – checking the quality and fit of research to the targeting brief. managing remote research teams and checking and collating any new research that we receive, assigning it to the relevant project and uploading to crm. developing research briefs for new projects with the research team. liaising with research team to feedback/ answer any concerns/issues they have. admin & support to the team with any other ad-hoc admin duties as necessary. working on projects and managing internal projects. we offer you: flexible working hours (cet time zone) full-time 8 hours per day competitive monthly salary of 1500-1900 eur gross contract work in a young and friendly team remote work with the possibility to work from anywhere you want a 1 month trial period is envisaged for this position.
