компания "sos детские деревни кыргызстана" sos children’s villages international (sos cvi) is the umbrella organisation for over 130 sos children’s villages associations worldwide. as a non-governmental social development organisation we help children without parental care and families in difficult living conditions through services in care, education and health. the organisation also advocates for children’s rights. for the regional project vibes implemented in belarus, georgia and kyrgyzstan funded by the the federal ministry for social cooperation and development of germany (bmz) we are seeking a committed regional project manager based in bishkek, kyrgyzstan task and responsibilities: project management provide overall leadership and management of regional project vibes funded by the bmz; ensure high quality project implementation with due respect to donor requirements and sos cvis regulations and standards; with key project staff and stakeholders, ensure project strategic objectives and results are fully accomplished and meet donor requirements. monitoring and reporting develop and oversee project monitoring system, using data analysis as the basis for measuring performance; supervise overall implementation, reporting and evaluation of the project vibes and oversee program communication strategy; review on regular basis project details, deliverables and schedules as per project implementation plan; ensure reports are produced on time, in quality manner as per donor requirements. learning and capacity building facilitate and document learning across all aspects of the project to improve planning and decision-making; ensure wide dissemination and visibility of project achievements; leadership and team management lead project implementation team towards the achievements of project’s objectives with high quality standards; in line with sos cvis standards for leadership framework provide functional leadership for project staff; support professional and personal development of staff. requirements: university degree (master degree in relevant field would be an advantage); at least 3-5 years of management experience, preferably on bmz and european union projects; significant experience of working in the development context, preferably on implementation of bmz, european union or any other bilateral cooperation funded projects; experience in finance, operations and team management; experience of project/program concept development and management; practice in community development, consultation and partnership development; excellent computer skills including microsoft suite; fluency in english and russian languages; willingness to travel. our offer: versatile and challenging assignment in an international working environment where professional and human competence is in the foreground. provision of contract: the successful candidate will be based in bishkek under employment contract with three months of probation period, the contract will be extended till 31 december 2025 in case of successful cooperation. the regional project manager will be part of the international office cee/cis/me institutional partnership development team and reports to the team leader of institutional partnership development. qualified candidates should send the cv by 18:00 11 november 2022 indicating the position to be applied for. please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or special needs.
