Responsibilities Commercial department support (Distributors, Ph Chains and Tenders) from finance perspective during internal reviews, annual/monthly planning, business cases approval and other ad-hocs, acting as a prime financial person responsible for the department results; Act as finance business partner for LRP, AOP, brand plans preparation from Sales and Discounts perspectives, aligning Commercial and Marketing goals, providing advice, highlighting risks, focusing on targets; Lead Monthly Commercial Review providing advice and recommendations for all Sales and Discounts P&L lines, raise “red flags” if any risks; Analyze variances vs AOP, vs LY for Sales, Discounts, Net Sales and other relevant P&L lines (volumes, price, mix, G2N, travel and meetings costs); Analyze and challenge sales quarterly plans for Clients, check efficiency of Promo initiatives (ROI and common sense based); Identify Risks and Opportunities, assess probability; Initiate Mitigation plan development if required for gap closing reasons; Check Budget availability and approve all relevant expenses; Actively participate in Sales & Operational planning process (S&OP): check reliability of assumptions behind sales forecasts, monitor full year performance vs Plans Participate and support during negotiation campaign and commercial policy update, developing new discounts scheme. Position requirements University degree, preferably math, finance, economics. Excel proficiency Analytical and strategic thinking, high communication and presentation skills, process improvement/optimization mentality, business acumen, team player. ORACLE/SAP experience Fluent English
