компания "нипигаз" description: alng2 project consists on a fixed nearshore lng plant with 3 process trains located in tazovsky district of yamal-nenets autonomous region (ynar), russia. main construction strategy for each lng train includes topside modules to be fabricated in local yard and international module yards and integrated on a gbs. tasks and responsibilities: - his function consists in taking all the necessary measures to ensure that the all warehouses and storage areas activities under his supervision are carried out in strict compliance with company rules and regulation.- assist warehouse supervisors to organize warehouses and storage areas activities safely.- participate actively with hse team to find solution to avoid any warehouse work stoppage. superintendents have full authority to suspend works in case safety violations.- coordinate with warehouse supervisors, material coordinator, materials manager and client regarding all warehouse procedures(material receiving, checking, issuing, storing, inventory, shipping, bag& tag) following and testing issues pertaining to his scope.- determine the suitable place for storage material/equipment in artic condition.- oversee crane operations for materials loading/offloading- perform warehouses and storage areas audits in collaboration with warehouse supervisors.- cooperate with material preservation superintendent in term of preservation materials storage conditions required.- record weekly warehouses and storage areas activity given by warehouse supervisors in a log.- consolidates weekly and monthly warehouse job progress status reports received from warehouse supervisors for the materials manager or construction site representative.- attends the safety meetings with the warehouse personnel. experience requirement: experience from 7-10 years in similar position. experienced user of ms office package erp software user english - from upper-intermediate conditions: working for one of the largest oil&gas construction projects of federal importance; 56\21 rotation - belokamenka (murmansk region), 6 days working week, 10 hours working day (2 hours lunch break); room and workplace in a construction site camp; 100% official salary, compensation of travel expenses, official employment, fixed term extendable labor contract; private medical insurance, provision of ppe & pc; highly professional international team.
