Completion and Handover Engineer (Rotation Schedule)

компания "нипигаз" responsibilities: maintain and identify the scope of project integration milestones liaising with company to verify content. manage the production and completion of integration completions documentation in line with the project milestones. ensure that all relevant information is available in special software at the time of construction and commissioning start. follow up detailed pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up requirements (base easyplant status) for all phases of the project, including necessary vendor assistance. daily coordination with sub-contractors/construction/commissioning to ensure prioritized completion of actives and punch item closure as per commissioning sequence, project plans and schedule. daily coordination with easyplant team to ensure integration scope of work changes and updates are reflected in the database. managed the integration punch list and ensure the priorities are deal with. ensure implementation, monitoring and updаtеof punch list in easyplant. coordinate with engineering team to ensure that all relevant information is available at the time of rfc and aoc sub system or system completion. review of handover completion dossier to client at project key milestones. report project progress and highlight completion plan deviation. follow up detailed pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up requirements (base easyplant status) for all phases of the project, including necessary vendor assistance. ensure timely availability of systems and sub-systems in a mechanically complete status. requirements: clear knowledge of handover of projects in an oil and gas industry; understanding of all disciplines activities (piping, mechanical/electrical/instrumentation); good communication and influencing skills in a multi-actors environment; ability to plan and resolve issues in a dynamic environment with tight timescales; maintain single focus on delivery timescales, and can empathize with design or construction issues while facilitating; workarounds without getting lost in work stream details; ability to build working relationships with both internal and external service partners; high level of written, oral and presentation skills; good degree of computer literacy, particularly excel; familiar with easyplant is a plus; 5+ years of experience in oil & gas completion & handover activities. conditions: rotation 56/21 in belokamenka (murmansk region) 10 hour working day, 6/1 working week accommodation, meals are provided by the employer travel expences are compensated by the employer 100% official employment and salary. working for the arctic lng project of federal importance with international team of professionals
