Lost and Damage Material Specialist

компания "нипигаз" duties and responsibilities: 1.1. coordinate with gydan construction site and novatek-murmansk plant (nmp) – field engineering, material management - in regards to material request form for materials re-purchase. 1.2. check that all information for re- procurement is available (specification, required on site date, …) and allocate the request for purchase to either paris or moscow procurement team, 1.3. transfer the material request forms to buyers of the defined operation center’s procurement. 1.4. keep necessary registers for materials re-purchase status including description of materials, quantities to be re-purchased, reasons of re-purchase, ros, eta and ata dates, status of re-purchase, status of the documentation and the cost of re-purchase. 1.5. ensure that buyers and material management specialists enter all necessary data into spmat. 1.6. prepare required reports for project management and construction site/ nmp management (monthly report). 1.7. attending recurrent meetings on materials re-purchase status, cost recovery for materials re-purchase in case of loss and/or damage by construction site / nmp subcontractors. 1.8. collect and transfer of cost of materials re-purchase to the backcharge coordinator including related supporting document, 1.9 expedite all the stake holder to ensure delivery of material as per ros date, 2. qualification requirements: 2.1 technical education in commodities of oil and gas industry; 2.2 exposure to procurement exposure to project control 2.3. operational english (at least intermediate b2). 2.4. confident pc user. 3. key competencies required: 3.1. have work into an international context, 3.2 good knowledge of excel, other data base would be a + 3.3 good communication skill in english,​ conditions: working for one of the largest oil&gas construction projects of federal importance; 5/2 working week, 09.00-18.00; fixed term contract (2 yearы extendable) 100% official salary, official employment; private medical insurance; highly professional international team.
