компания "транспортно-логистический холдинг мэйджор" we are looking for a highly motivated person in our office in dubai (uae). there will be enough room to develop yourself and we will offer personal training which is required for the job. the job is an all-round job for all commodities and you will be handling air/ocean/rail/road and warehousing shipments.we offer:1.1. a market competitive rate of salary.1.2. 25 holidays.1.4. room for developments and growth in our growing organization.1.5. a temporary contract with the plan to expend it with a fixed term contract.1.6. a pension scheme( to be implemented).1.7. office in dubai.2. job description and main duties are:2.1. management of imports and exports by air, sea and land, from the reception and documentation, to manage the delivery with transport company and forwarders.2.2. responsibility for the coordination of international freight forwarding with specific of usual handling to/from different markets (destinations/origins), receiving of customers’ orders.2.3. daily contact with customers, freight forwarders, customs agents, transport companies and other logistics operators, in addition to the resolution of possible incidences with customers, and daily contact with them.2.4. keeping of orders in company database. issuing of debit notes to customers and filling of expenses from providers.2.5. daily work in the logistic software of the company.2.6. realizing of several administrative tasks such as data entry of new clients / partners.2.7. possible tasks depending on having business:logistic warehouse tasks, control of receiving products into warehouse through w/h partners, daily shipments control, picking and packing tasks through them, contact with transport companies.2.8. calculation of transport costs, creating of proposals to co customers and internally in the company networking, choosing of transportation routes.2.9. making quotations to customers, own offices and network agents.2.10.have a sales activity as well for approaching customers.2.11.negotiate rates with carriers and suppliers.3. required skills and experience:4.1. deep knowledge of logistic products.4.2. experience in the agency networks development.4.3. overall market knowledge.4.4. well knowledge of english is a must.4.5. from junior to experienced skill set.
