компания "brunel russia" responsibilities: to establish project organization and support establishing future site organization, and team development with project manager authorization overall management of project russia team and directly report to project manager overall coordination people/issue/process within project for russian issue cover all aspects include engineering, procurement, interpreting, dcc, new employee recruitment and team development, translation, etc. overall coordination with the client for project russia issue with authorized by project manager reporting the status of the work of russia team track milestones/status of engineering initiatives, provide status reporting to involved team members and management team daily communication with clients on ongoing projects tasks: organization of online and offline meetings and calls, minutes of meetings preparation, assistance of project team in checking the statuses of deliverables submission and their review by client, sharing client’s feedback and instructions on opened issues with project team support of headquarters legal, financial, sales teams in coordination of documents reparation, their review and exchange between company and clients/project contractors regular internal communication with engineering, procurement, sales teams to track ongoing tasks and targets, checking the statuses of documents submission etc. other coordination tasks requirements: project management with adequate knowledge of engineering, procurement experience in foreign engineering/petrochemical/oil&gas company for the project execution in russia experience: not less than 10 years english: upper intermediate or advanced skillful in project management, team leading, communication, coordination and teamwork capability and willingness to work in a fast pacing environment flexible and multitasking in line with day to day workflow conditions: work in international environment with high-profile projects official employment according to the labor code of the russian federation health insurance cover cover of mobile phone expenses friendly and warm environment
