Sales Finance Director

компания "hays" our client, a large well-known international company is looking for sales finance director. the candidate will be responsible for effective commercial terms to meet strategic business goals and accelerate value creation with customers. the position requires close collaboration with multiple departments and bu in the russian market and europe headquarters: sales partners, it, legal, supply chain, corporate tax and others. your main responsibilities will be annual planning processes by working with sales partners to build financial modeling, investment decisions, and target setting; providing leadership and oversight to the multifunctional customer development teams; maintaining compliance with legal, tax, and antitrust policies. you will have 6 directs subordinates under supervision, and 8+ total. in order to get a job, you will need to have 10+ years of relevant business finance experience within well-known international fmcg/pharmaceutical/automotive industry. moreover, you should have high standards of financial and business acumen, proficiency in accounting, budget management, financial forecasting and reporting as well as demonstrate strong leadership and critical thinking skills and growth mindset. this is a permanent role, with an attractive compensation package and social benefits. location – moscow, hybrid office. no remote work is allowed.
