компания "air energi caspian llp trading as airswift" summary: consultant provides technical input to the project team and interfaces with the operations, maintenance, and fire departments. ksu ops consultant ensures that project planning provides the highest reliability and mechanical integrity of the facilities, both during construction and post-handover. additional responsibilities include compliance with the safety team, which will support the project effort and satisfy environmental requirements to ensure safe construction, without any accident or environmental incident required knowledge and skills: higher degree electrical engineering not less than 5 years of relevant work experience business level of english language (spoken and written) relevant work experience on a capital project general responsibilities: provide leadership to ensure all project activities lead to safe construction, incident-free shut-down and start-up and operational reliable facilities. ensure the design / engineering effort is consistent with the operational needs for safe operating facilities. liaise between base operations/maintenance/fire department and project personnel participate in hazid and/or hazop reviews to ensure constructed facilities are safe and meet requirements conduct safety and review audits work closely with engineering and construction to develop a handover plan, which minimizes impact to the availability of the existing system. ensure unit commissioning and startup procedures are executed, per the plan, and participate as necessary
