компания "якобз дау эгбертс казахстан" responsibilities / key activities: order processing in accordance with approved business processes; transport management; document flow management; transactional work in sap, 1c systems; snt creation; administration (customer/vendor contracts/invoices/customer/vendor master data/orders forms); claims; cross-functional interaction with distributors chr(39) purchasing departments, local and central planning, warehouse, customs, and transport groups; projects participation; coordinate import customs procedures (incl. express deliveries); support of warehousing activities; stickering / certification process support; month closing activities (billing). must have: supply chain / logistics and/ accountant or customer service experience; experience with state authorities (customs/certification bodies); experienced in microsoft office: word, excel and outlook; knowledge of 1c, erp system chr(40)sap preferablychr(41) and understanding of the otc (order to cash) process; knowledge of english language (intermediate); good listening skills & initiative; attention to detail and accuracy; good communication skills with result oriented behavior. nice to have: fmcg experience; problem analysis and problem-solving skills; analytical skills; proactive and results oriented approach, discipline, flexibility, multitask area. terms: work in fmcg company; lunch compensation; мedical insurance.
