компания "fix" we provide a market leading mobile/web international payments and card solutions to customers in over 100 countries and have an ambition to grow and scale into exciting new markets during 2022.we’re a team of 200+ customer obsessed fintech talents and we are seeking a strong software product owner to work with our talented multi-skilled team in order to deliver to market new innovative payment products that serve the needs to businesses and individuals who work online for the digital economy. you will be reporting directly to the head of products, and you will be empowered to craft and deliver the product along with its constant developments to help us grow, expand and better serve our customers with a enhanced experience. in your role, you will work closely with product management and senior management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolios and future plans. providing vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create product requirements. develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the software development team. provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies. collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product. creating vertical product roadmaps based on main company vision lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities assess value, develops cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product we are looking for people with previous working experience as a product owner for 5 year(s) bachelor’s in computer science, engineering or similar relevant field comfortable with delivery cycle and development teams in-depth knowledge of agile process and principles outstanding communication, presentation, and product skills excellent organizational and time management skills sharp analytical and problem-solving skills creative thinker with a vision and attention to details comfortable with atlassian tools (jira, confluence, etc ) good english proficiency high levels of emotional intelligence
