компания "kpmg" kpmg is looking for department/personal assistant for audit departmentresponsibilities: providing administrative support to the partner/director organization and coordination of business meetings(documents and presentations preparation, organizing schedules) arranging business trips maintenance of business correspondence; carrying out any other duties as requested by the partner/director preparing of contracts, internal sign - off procedure preparing invoices other tasks assigned by the partner/director arranging audio and video conferences requirements: higher education experience in similar positions not less than 1 year complete fluency in english and russian (experience as a translator/interpreter is advantage) experienced pc user (microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, internet explorer) excellent verbal and written communication skills excellent organizational and administrative skills ability to prioritize and make decisions with limited supervision attentiveness to details ability to work overtime
