компания "bolashak atyrau" position summary: bolashak group are looking for a recruitment consultant (or senior recruiter) to help support recruitment delivery in to major oil & gas clients across kazakhstan. the role will be reporting in to the account/client management team and will be focused on recruiting predominantly expats into oil & gas projects. responsibilities: the role requires someone to manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, from searching, securing candidates to offer and post-off management searching for candidates cv’s using job boards, social media, referral networking and general company marketing assessing candidates skills against job descriptions, prescreening candidates on the phone and creating highly qualified shortlists offer management, ensuring candidate has carefully considered the terms of the assignment and being on standby to assist with any queries they have through the on-boarding process post offer management, ensuring candidate queries are dealt with affectively during their assignment with the company creating and managing candidate shortlists, which comprises of relevant and available candidates to ensure the team has resources ready to mobilize when jobs are released by clients some business development activity may be required, including keeping in touch with line managers, general networking with senior people in key accounts to understand what roles will be coming up in the future and generally keeping professional relations with decision makers and influencers candidate requirements: must be able eligible to work in kazakhstan (kazakh, russian, uzbek passport holders) good working knowledge (written & verbal) of english language proactive behavior and mindset confidence to speak to people at all levels in english language experience recruiting in a technical environment, including oil & gas, construction, it & technology, mining or energy sectors
