компания "bolashak atyrau" the specific and or main responsibilities include to validate the completion status of project and operations deliverables required for a safe start-up of the systems/facilities but not limited to: • acceptance of commission (regulatory facility acceptance)• equipment registered passports (pressure vessel, crane)• equipment non-registered passports (valves, piping, psv, motors etc.)• system level passports (cathodic protection, hvac, etc.)• technical piping passports (piping and pipelines)• regulatory compliance status (ra documents, certificates (certificate of conformity, certificate of sanitary registration (ses), letter of exemption, metrology certificate of attestation, metrology certificate of type approval, permit to use, acts, citations)• other project deliverablesresponsible to track and verify that regulatory documents status obtained after construction and commissioning, validated and electronic files are received for handover to tco base business. ensure regulatory records and permits have been provided at operations acceptance for a start-up of the facility and handed over before stable production.support and provide inputs for the activities assigned to control & power, ff, pbf, 3gp, 3gi and wpmp handover scope related to regulatory documentation. identify and understand the ra quality associated records to tag and equipment type relationship. monitor the readiness status of sub-systems / systems and check the receipt of completion data / documents.identify and address any gaps associated with the ra documents’ completion verification for operations acceptance. assist to the relevant project teams in defining and allocating the regulatory deliverables needed for control & power, ff, pbf, 3gp and 3gi areas.lead and be involved in the interface set up between cms and rapmd tools for regulatory deliverables tracking for completion.work with phase 5 delivery team and project teams to set up and populate control & power, ff, pbf, 3gp / 3gi and wpmp handover packages in cms for operations acceptance and transition to base business organization. conditions: tengiz 28/28
