компания "specific-group" specific-group is an international software development company, develops custom software solutions for corporate clients in europe and usa. our development centers are located in austria, belarus, germany, lithuania, poland and spain. we’re focused on a financial sphere, also we’re working with other domains: insurance, engineering holdings, public media etc. we develop customized software solutions according to the latest technical standards for different industries and sectors, using new technologies and modern approaches. currently we are seeking for a senior business analyst to join one of our team. project description: we are looking for an applicant who wants to grow with one of germany‘s leading banks (independent fund platform) with three major product areas: retail investment account administration in partnership with distribution organizations such as insurers, financial intermediaries and broker pools; central funds ordering and depository management for institutional investors; and business process outsourcing for banks, insurers and investment companies. currently we’re developing new microservices-based platform to enable new business processes, integrate with 3rd party banking systems and services. the platform provides robust apis for operations with personal depot account and investment portfolios to ease the integration of these services into their own and partnerchr(39)s applications. the project scope is to re-design of financial investment solution, moving the existing logic to modern set of segregated services with based on microservices architecture together with setting up new infrastructure. the business analyst will be responsible for working with the business owners and c-level stakeholders to translate the business vision into a compelling digital product that drives digitization across the bank. the successful candidate will build collaborative, trusted relationships with product owners and technology delivery leads, acting as the “glue” to define high level requirements, translate this requirement into user stories, and then work with the delivery team. responsibilities: defining and engaging with business and technology stakeholders throughout the whole project lifecycle from vision to delivery assist the product owner with backlog prioritization and management building trust with business stakeholders and develop an in-depth understanding of business areas and their key drivers developing detailed requirements specifications to ensure clarity of project scope look for ways to improve how current practices and processes are implemented to ensure effective and lean ways of working and support a culture of continuous improvement collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and architects to ensure ongoing clarity of scope and requirements presenting business concepts in a concise and focused manner using diagrams communicating requirements and issues with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure awareness of key deliverable status at all times requirements: 3+ years of relevant processional experience in business analysis experience with banking domain will be a big plus solid business analysis skills including analytical thinking and requirements gathering with a high level of accuracy and attention to details scope statement and business requirements document experience ability to analyze problems, to probe facts, identify and question assumptions and to assist in the decision-making processes strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage effective working relationships at all levels both internally and externally agile thinking with deep & structured understanding of how to setup & improve delivery processes proactive, can do approach with excellent problem-solving skills stress-tolerance despite any working conditions ability to work with competing priorities and to work unsupervised upper-intermediate english benefits: office/remote work competitive salary long-term projects business trips professional growth (professional trainings, knowledge sharing meet-ups and etc) career perspectives annual assessment and salary review transparent and clear management friendly colleagues and atmosphere extensive benefit package: - medical insurance, - fully covered sick leave for 14 calendar days in a year, - compensation of external professional courses and trainings, - english, polish and lithuanian courses, - additional holidays, - financial bonuses, - corporate gifts on special events, - free parking spots, - fruity days and etc. company parties and team buildings; flexible working hours (you can start till 11am, duration of working week is 40h); nice corporate equipment (incl. second monitor); comfortable well-equipped office in the city center (with kitchen, meeting rooms and event space)
