компания "нипигаз" responsibility: planning and execution of the pc&c activities related to the discipline in line with project milestones and schedule; ensure that all hse and permit to work requirements are in place for the discipline requirements during the commissioning phases of the project at location; ensure there are sufficient, suitably qualified discipline commissioning personnel from the subcontractor within the commissioning team; ensure that adequate discipline resources, manpower and test equipment are available from subcontractor to perform the discipline commissioning activities, throughout all phases of the project, to maintain the project schedule requirements; utilize completion management system chr(40)easyplantchr(41), for the preparation, execution and monitoring of discipline commissioning activities; maintain and preserve discipline related equipment during commissioning phases; ensure that discipline related temporary equipment and commissioning consumables are available for timely execution of commissioning scope; ensure that discipline related commissioning spares are utilized and maintained during the onshore and offshore commissioning phases of the project; responsible for safety, safe working practices and environment issues in all areas under his control. ensure the works proceed in conformity with the schedule and report any deviation to the worksite commissioning manager. coordinate the completion of punch list clearance with construction and subcontractor in areas under his control. requirements: minimum 10 years plus in oil and gas facility projects / utilities commissioning start-up or operation (instrument air, nitrogen generation, water/glycol system, hot oil system, fuel gas and flare, demin water, etc…); excellent organization/ leadership and communication skills; able to motivate, influence and train people; able to interact with all professionals of project management; to have technical vocabulary and very good level in english. conditions: work in belokamenka (murmansk region) on a shift basis 56/21; both rotation period and rotation leave are paid for; 10 hour working day, 6/1 working week; accommodation, meals are provided by the employer; compensation of travel expenses; 100% official employment and salary; working for the arctic lng project of federal importance with international team of professionals.
