OWLCAT GAMES was founded in 2016. The studio employs developers who worked on projects such as Heroes of Might and Magic V, Silent Storm, Etherlords, and Allods Online. We would love to see a new professional join our team to work on both existing projects and those that are planned for launch. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Designing, prototyping and iterating levels with quest and encounter designers; Creating and polishing blockouts according to all level requirements using UE5; Developing and working within predefined level metrics; Cooperation with other departments to ensure created levels contribute to and enhance the gameplay and game narrative. WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO US: At least 3 years experience as a Level Designer or in a similar role; Experience with Uneal Engine is a plus; Deep knowledge of current games, specifically in the Action RPG and TPS genres Excellent understanding of level design fundamentals and the role of level design in the overall player experience; Ability to create map layouts on all stages – from simple drawings to fully functional levels in at least one of the existing game engines; Excellent communication skills & proven ability to work within a team.
