Key responsibilities: Organization of segmental reporting process for Global business line “Corporate-Investment banking” (monthly and quarterly group reporting forms ) Monitoring of implementation of VTB Group segmental methodologies Assistance in set up of reporting functions in new locations Methodological support and analysis of complex issues form perspective of management/segmental reporting Team management Cooperation with various departments within the entity (IFRS, Treasury, BAC, MIS, Tax, IT etc.) in respect of accounting and reporting issues Communication with auditors, VTB reporting teams Requirements: Top 10 universities with technical or economic background Minimum 3 years of experience with an audit company (Big4) and/or relevant industry experience (leasing company/bank) ACCA/CFA/CPA qualification is a plus Good understanding of accounting/reporting processes Analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets High degree of competence with Microsoft product range and Especially with MS Excel (including MS Excel Power Query), MS Access, SQL Ability to optimize, reengineer and manage complex processes Ability to manage the delivery of information and analysis under significant time pressures Good decision making and team management experience Result orientated and self-motivated Language skills – English (fluent) Benefit package Official employment Competitive salary Professional training and development Voluntary medical insurance for employee and their family members, life and health insurance, banking products on attractive terms Sport and corporate events Ability to build your career in the leading Russian investment bank
