компания "al hilal банк" what you will be doing: executive office administration actively contributing within activities of all divisions by representing the direction and strategy of management and ensure communication from the executive management is clear, transparent and in line with the organizational direction to make sure that all employees are fully informed of business activity; handling general phone and walk in inquiries in a pleasant manner regarding al hilal products & services and directing the customers to the respective service areas; contributing to the development of systems & initiatives initiated by the company; cooperating through active participation in development, customization & piloting to ensure utilization of common practices; coordinating all meetings for ceo and other executive visitors from head office; supporting head office in communication and provide necessary information; coordinating all incoming / outgoing correspondence of ceo office; maintaining ceo’s schedule and travel arrangements (visa, preparing expense reports, tickets booking, hotel accommodation, transportation, etc.) providing verbal interpretation and / or written translation to ceo from russian to english and vice versa, when required; management board meetings coordination organizing meetings on a monthly basis - preparing the agenda, collecting materials, taking and producing minutes of the meetings and preparing action items as per the results of the meetings; organizing and producing minutes of management board approvals by circulation; meetings of other internal committees coordinate and assist with preparations (general meetings, town halls, executive committee, board of directors, board audit committee); reporting preparing management board monthly and quarterly reports and submitting them to relevant parties (internal auditor, external auditor, board audit committee); other duties maintaining and coordinating the banks’s driver’s every day schedule; support for receptionist, internal letter distribution, etc.; following all internal policies, procedures and other regulatory documents of the bank. what you will bring along: higher education (bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant sphere); minimum 3 years of experience in assisting to c-level executives / managers / directors; proven advanced knowledge of english and ability to provide simultaneous interpretation and professional written translation, when required, knowledge of kazakh language is an advantage; strong communication and interpersonal skills; flexibility and adaptability to a situation and environment; tactful, reliable and able to keep confidentiality; good learning and multi-tasking ability; able to prioritize, decision making and problem solving, when required; able to work as a team member and individually; excellent customer service skills; accuracy/good math skills; professional in appearance; knowledge of microsoft office (outlook, word, excel, power point); knowledge of professional business correspondence; experience in minutes taking and producing; abidance by corporate dress code and code of ethics. what we offer to you: full-time job office in esentai tower, almaty medical insurance generous vacation of 25 business days (equivalent to 35 calendar days) annual bonus online banking academy health & education allowance bank products with subsidies 2-hrs juma break on fridays friendly and comfortable atmosphere interesting corporate life
