компания "deloitte, caspian region" deloitte is looking for recruitment specialist to join ics department at the almaty office.required work experience: min. 2-3 years (in recruitment) every story has a beginning deloitte is one of the leading international professional services firms that offers audit, consulting, corporate finance, enterprise risk, and tax and legal services. our vision and strategy, developed in collaboration with leadership and member firm partners from around the world, focuses on working together as one across geographic, functional, and business borders to deliver excellence in all of the services provided by the member firms. responsibilities: develop vacancy announcements, send them as internal announcement placing new vacancies in the internet, facebook, linkedin, other social media networks searching, comparison and attraction of qualified candidates, through the job search websites, social networking channels, and other resources source candidates for respective service areas/functions pre-screen candidates for experienced and senior levels working with internal clients, providing them suitable and strong cvs interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies coordinate interviewing teams and schedules manage all communication with candidates communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes on a regular weekly and montly basis run database of candidates requirements: previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment (min 2-3 years) bachelor’s degree excellent written and oral communication skills in russian and english (upper-intermediate); proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment ability to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders consultative approach toward clients and ability to influence others proficient skills in various technologies (i.e, microsoft office, applicant tracking systems);
