компания "deloitte, caspian region" your role: you will be involved in a number of compensation and benefit projects; the staff appraisal process and preparing regular staff performance reporting and presentations. you will also be involved in creating and developing policies, providing senior management with statistics and also providing support in a range of different areas. duties: preparing compensation and benefit analytics and presentations; preparing regular reporting and data analyses with respect to staff performance (staff turnover, hiring, headcount and others); preparing monthly salary plan/actual analyses and analytical materials (explanations and presentations) for senior management; preparing a range of calculations and statements regarding staff performance; working regularly with тalent business partner to hold quarterly staff performance meetings; organising talent performance cycle events; participating in the salary review and bonus process; participating in the budgeting process; collating data from salary surveys. requirements: a completed higher education in economics/finance; experience on compensation and benefits or financial analytics experience of creating budgets and preparing plan/actual analyses; excellent spoken and written russian and english; advanced excel skills, for example pivot tables, macros (power pivot), and experience in creating macros; an analytical mind; attention to detail; experience of working with power bi (creating dashboards and powerapps); power automate experience will be an advantage.
