HR Administration Specialist - Talent Department

компания "deloitte, caspian region" deloitte is looking for an hr administration specialist to join ics department at the almaty office. every story has a beginning deloitte is one of the leading international professional services firms that offers audit, consulting, corporate finance, enterprise risk, and tax and legal services. our vision and strategy, developed in collaboration with leadership and member firm partners from around the world, focuses on working together as one across geographic, functional, and business borders to deliver excellence in all of the services provided by the member firms. your responsibilities will include: administering changes to staff in sap hcm and arranging legal documents (preparing employment contracts/addendums, job descriptions, personnel orders, vacation schedules etc.); facilitating onboarding activities for new hires; hr-related training; managing military records; working with the migration authorities; liaising with the migration police and ensuring the registration of expat staff with the same; extending work permits and work visas for expat staff; submitting hr-related statutory reports (including on expat employment); preparing and analysing a range of hr reports; providing support to all departments on employment questions and issues; playing an active role in other hr-related issues requirements: higher education at least three years’ experience in hr knowledge of kazakhstan labour and migration law, and related regulations fluency in english, russian and kazakh experience of working in sap excellent communication and organizational skills accuracy, reliability, responsibility and flexibility the ability to work both independently and in a team strong analytical skills
