компания "асбк казахстан" ispace kazakhstan - apple premium partner in kazakhstan is looking for senior recruitment specialist. functional responsibilities: provides full life cycle recruitment support with a strong focus on sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates. ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with minimal instruction / supervision. ensure accurate job advertisement posting of open positions through local contacts and through online resources. analyze past initiatives and results to identify new sourcing channels; conduct pre-screening calls; coordinate interviews with hiring managers; fill in the cvs data base and recruitment status to applicants tracking system; provide weekly written reports/status updates of recruiting activities for all positions to the hr and hiring managers. guide and support candidates through the selection process. assures that the hiring process is completed on a timely basis, by following all company policies complete all aspects of onboarding, including but not limited to, creating and extending offer letters, scheduling pre-employment, coordinating start dates, remain in constant communication with candidates in pre-employment to create an exceptional onboarding experience. requirements: higher education, preferably in the specialty management, economics, psychology; at least 2 year of experience as a recruitment specialist; previous success with directly sourcing talent using social media, sourcing tools, etc. confidence and ability to conduct cold calling of passive candidates. special courses, advanced training will be a plus; result oriented, diligent attitude, precision, quick learner and passionate for the field. we offer: temporary position, 3-6 months project with hybrid format of work; driving corporate environment of international company; interesting, clear, ambitious goals and targets; professional external learning compensation; mobile expense compensation.
