компания "нипигаз" responsibilities: the objective is to monitor and manager subcontractor painting, insulation & fireproofing activities, ensuring they follow and implement the project requirements; monitoring and surveillance of the daily activities of the subcontractor at site; ensure the requirements of the inspection & test plan (itp), are fully implement by the subcontractor; notify management of nonconforming conditions; issue inspection reports as appropriate; ensure discussions with subcontractor, to resolve any conflict or issues; issue ncr’s when subcontractor does not comply with project requirements as defined in the non-conformity procedure; attend meetings with subcontractor; weekly, monthly, kpi’s & statistical analysis reporting. requirements: 5+ years field experience of painting, insulation and fireproofing on piping, steel structures / building projects; ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications required; as built documentation requirements (acts, log book, protocol’s etc.), experiencequalification; requires either nace level 2 or frosio level 3 certified (or equivalent) for painting and russian or international fireproofing training / qualification; good communications skills, bilingual (english - russian); graduate of a university or similar technical school in engineering or closely related curriculum; good communication and influencing skills in a multi-actors environment; ability to plan and resolve issues in a dynamic environment with tight timescales. conditions: rotation 56/21 in belokamenka (murmansk region); 10 hour working day, 6/1 working week; accommodation, meals are provided by the employer; travel expenses are compensated by the employer; 100% official employment and salary; working for the arctic lng 2 project of federal importance with international team of professionals
