Responsibilities: More precisely Recruitment Reseacher`s main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Assistance to Recruitment team with organizational activities (recruitment steps organization, feedback communication etc.) Screening profiles of candidates by specified criteria Conducting of telephone and video interviews with candidates for start level positions Internship program support Participation in recruitment projects implementation Requirements: Education: bachelor`s degree, master`s degree - finished or in process (humanitarian: HR and/or linguistics are preferable) Work experience is an advantage English – Intermediate and higher Advanced PC user: MS Office package Ready to learn, high motivation to start work in Human Resources Proactive, energetic, communicative person Team player with good time-management skills Salary&Benefits: Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually Lunches Mobile phone compensation Temporary contract (6 months) with further opportunities Hybrid work model Opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging Location – Engels, Saratov region
