компания "napa automotive" key responsibilities:as a quality team lead, you will assess the overall quality of performance by moderation sites and ensure compliance to policy and process. you will ensure all assigned tasks are executed and deliverable. you will review tiktok content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content. you will be on the front lines, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe. you are proficient in communicating findings back to leadership in a timely manner.responsibilities: maintain an expert understanding of tiktok’s policies, procedures, app features, and internal documents. identify improvement areas for moderator performance and work closely with internal stakeholders and site leadership to prepare solutions. participate in weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process. work on adhoc projects as requested by leadership. perform weekly audits across multiple workflows and lines of business. perform data analysis into problematic error trends, document, and report findings to leadership and key stakeholders. qualifications ba/bs preferred. intermediate proficiency in google sheets, microsoft excel, and other data management platforms. experience working in a start-up environment or on new teams/workflows in established companies.
