компания "brunel russia" responsibilities: develop russian procurement strategy, plan, vendor sourcing and establish local vendor list control procurement cost, schedule and quality of equipment & material and service for the projects according to project procurement execution plan arrange technical and commercial clarification meetings, establish smooth communication channel between engineer and vendor draft po and issue to vendor for acknowledgement track procurement progress, completeness and traceability of related documents responsible for updating the purchasing status report monitor that engineering procurement (ep) acts according to the client requirements field expedite work if required by ppm and bring out expedite report responsible for claim and non-conformance management in the project manage change requests, back-charging, capture lessons learned. other miscellaneous tasks to support ppm work support epc bidding work if necessary direct report line is project procurement manager (ppm) requirements: speaking english fluently is basic requirement good communication ability and team work spirit bachelor or above education, majored in engineering, chemistry, economics or finance being familiar with static/rotating equipment, hvac equipment, safety equipment, e&i equipment, piping materials and bulk materials in russian local market being familiar with the eac/gost certificates and other requirement applicable to imported equipment and materials technical background and background in multinational company is preferred engineering background or employed by engineering company for procurement and/or sourcing work for 5 years at least
