Field Construction Scheduler / Planner

Responsibilities The main function is field coordination of the planning / scheduling effort, development of the P6 resource loaded construction schedules, construction progress and performance measurement for multiple Production Projects, resource planning and provision of the support to project team. The job responsibilities of Field Construction Scheduler / Planner are identified below and may be amended based project requirements/needs: Performs scope / quantity take-offs from design drawings for development of the construction schedules. Development, update and administration of the P6 level 3 and 4 schedules. Estimating of resource requirements and support with resource planning. Resource loading of the P6 level 3 and 4 schedules, analysis and optimization of the resource loaded schedules based on the available resources, planning, prioritization of the works and analysis of critical path for the portfolio of multiple construction projects scopes. Development, identification and analysis of the critical path schedule. Quantity surveying, progress measurement, tracking and reporting. Conduct various meetings / workshops with a project team and management required for execution of the planning / scheduling. Implementation of the change management in the P6 schedules and analysis of the impact. Support with field cost control and change management. Coordination and interfacing with other departments and disciplines required for execution of the above-listed tasks. Requirements More than 5 years of relevant experience of work as a construction planner / scheduler in the field. Advanced knowledge and experience of work in Oracle Primavera P6 (incl. resource loading). Knowledge and experience of work with engineering deliverables (drawings), basic knowledge in execution of EPCm projects required for performing of above listed functions.
