компания "rb" responsibilities: direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking haulers, such as road freight, air freight and sea freight. customs management with oversight on all customs activities, including clearance procedures, timing, inspection process, daily clearances processes, cost, etc. management of inbound, outbound and domestic customs processes (day-to-day), including urgent and irregular shipments including timing, cost. strong leadership and management of staff, including outsourced companies to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with company requirements. direct investigations to verify and resolve clients / customer or hauler complaints. update customs and other relevant regulations regularly to ensure smooth operations with minimize impact/penalties. provide reports with all necessary data for best management and for other departments hauliers, customs broker performance management and kpi. collaborate with other departments and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. monitor operations to ensure that processes, staff comply with company policies and procedures, safety rules, and government regulations. promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members. analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to reach plan targets, develop plans and budgets for increasing profits and improving services. supervise workers assigning tariff classifications and preparing billing. prepare management recommendations, such as proposed fee and tariff increases or schedule changes. conduct employee training sessions on subjects such as hazardous material handling, employee orientation, quality improvement and computer use. to be involve in procurement processes through a tender process, including suppliers research and testing, hauler contracts qualification & skills required: customs / transport / logistics experience in a fast paced environment. experience leading a team. strong communication skills. excellent organizational skills. previous experience of managing budgets or cost control. up to date knowledge of customs, transport legislation, health and safety regulations within a transport environment. knowledge of the tool of performance management higher education english – fluent level excel – proficient level
