компания "псн казстрой" wood kss llp is currently recruiting for a lead civil / structural designer with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry to join our team in tengiz. designs and develops drawings in conformance with project specifications, scope of work, design parameters, codes, and industry practices communicating effectively with members of the civil / structural group and other disciplines to understand design requirements, limitations and optimizations appling safety in design requirements as per client and kazakh standards and codes performing 3d modelling of steel and concrete structures above and below ground extracting drawing model and prepares deliverables in accordance to project specifications and local codes preparing material take-offs (mto) from model and manually checking, back checking, and correcting drawings prepared by other designers contributing to technical delivery of engineering excellence through executing assigned scopes of work, providing discipline expertise to the business, supporting and supervising task delegation to team uses technical knowledge to perform engineering assignments and produce engineering deliverables including complex problems performs engineering assignments, usually representing a significant portion of a larger project selects engineering techniques to solve problems and makes design recommendations applies specific area(s) of expertise in own discipline area in consultancy businesses, may review and manages complex projects within area of expertise or of a multi-disciplinary nature
