компания "bolashak atyrau" 2.1 education higher - technical 2.2 work experience minimum 5 years’ experience in oil and gas industry. 2.3 language skills english. 2.4 pc knowledge and skills advanced computer skills with ms office software (e.g. word, excel, powerpoint, and visio, project). the primary responsibility for this position is to ensure that the administration and support capabilities for the fgp permit to work (ptw) process is consistently applied and aligned to the tco safety instructions across the fgp – new facilities (ov (iocc), 3gi & 3gp). a key member of the ptw team, he/she will have the ability to communicate and integrate effectively with the construction, systems completion and operational groups for all matters relating to the control of work through the ptw process. the ptw lead administrator will supervise and mentor the administrative and support assistants in assigning specific duties and responsibilities in support of the ptw and isolation (loto) process. in addition, the role will oversee the gathering of data, document registration, performance reporting and will engage with others (base business, gis, it and fgp planning) to develop further an effective means of real-time illustration and visualization of ptw activities within the specific fgp locations.
