компания "kaz minerals russia llc" baimskaya copper project is looking for potential candidates for the position of access control specialist within site security section in our site (chukotka). structural division: site security section / corporate security department report to: head of site security requirements: higher education; at least 3-5 years of administrative support for security, technical or construction department; minimum 1 year of experience in the security department of companies, government agencies, department in charge of arrangement and monitoring of compliance with access control at the facility; minimum 1 year of experience in mining or other heavy industry on a rotational basis is preferable english - upper-intermediate responsibilities: receive and process applications for passes in accordance with existing instructions, in-house policies and procedures of the company, including instructions of the companychr(39)s management. check and monitor the accuracy of pass applications. print and issue passes in a timely manner according to the applications submitted. dispose void id-passes on a quarterly basis and draw up a completion report. complete and updаtеpass application databases on an ongoing basis. structure and fill out the databases. ensure safety and backup of the database to the electronic archive of the companychr(39)s server in a timely manner on a weekly basis (as a minimum). track expendable materials (id-cards, printing materials, printer cleaning material, etc.) on a monthly basis. collect statistics from the access control office regarding the number of personnel arriving and departing, including transport and special equipment entering and exiting the site, etc., on a daily basis. prepare reports and office memo for management in the prescribed format based on the information collected. prepare suggestions on improving the system for collecting and processing information required for the effective operation of the site security department. submit requests and liaise with the companychr(39)s subdivisions and contractors’ representatives on-site regarding submission and processing of requests for passes printing and prolongation, etc. conditions: employment specifications: direct contract work schedule: rotation 43 working days/41 days off, on thursday - 5,5 working hours and the other days - 11 working hours per day accommodation in site is to be provided by employer travel allowance: flight tickets from (home base) to site and back are to be provided by employer, testing for a new coronavirus infection (covid-19) competitive salary and benefits; voluntary medical insurance; rotational trips from the hub to place of work and back; excess baggage, mobile phone location: chukotka, baimskaya project
