компания "едиль-орал.kz" responsibilities: reporting to the industrial park atyrau project manager establish project control document project status meeting with the operations director presentation of plan/fact budget control maintenance of project control document liaison with rok legislative authorities liaison with appointed project engineering contractor, review project documentation liaison with appointed project construction contractor, review project deadlines and kpi’s liaison with equipment & material suppliers ​​​ qualifications & experience: university degree or equivalent in related construction industry experienced with rok project development, startup, commissioning and regulatory requirements in construction and electrical space, strong work experience project management and hse/oe requirements. well familiar with rok industrial safety requirements minimum 10 years of experience, preferably with a major recognized construction company. must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar construction projects knowledge of rok building regulations and legislative requirements hands-on experience with negotiation for equipment and materials as required fluency in oral and written communications in english, russian and kazakh. working conditions: office location in atyrau social package ​​​
