компания "coca-cola içecek kazakhstan ( тоо сп «кока-кола алматы боттлерс» )" job responsibilities: analyzes consumer/market/pricing/channel trends and initiates npd to achieve higher frequency/volume & value share increase ensures proper preparation of vis developed by tccc’s brand marketing team. initiates, leads the shopper/consumer programs that positively results in kpis improvement for all portfolio leads label and cap design changes/adjustments coordinates the forecast fine-tuning for new launches together with other responsible stakeholders, ensures timely stock availability with supply chain tracks commercial performance of the new initiatives via proper aligning channel marketing programs to support these kpis analyzes internal and external data, tracks the trends in the market, initiates the obppc adjustments together with rgm team if needed develops strategies for ic growth and drive commercial priorities leads launches of new skus and or flavors; consumer/shopper promotions and makes post analysis makes monthly analysis (volume, nielsen, red, competitor and etc.) and tracks performance of innovations/new launches to drive system focus. leads defining the key occasions to be activated (together with tccc brand team and channel team) as per different researches manages the marketing budget for innovations and new launches; and consumer promotions job requirements: higher education in business-related function work experience: minimum 2 years in marketing - brand management, trade marketing english level is upper intermediate and above skills and expertise: strong leadership presence team management skills commercial and strategic thinking capability project management expertise communication, negotiations skills conditions: fix salary + social package (medical insurance, lunch set allowance, bevereges) career opportunities, international experience, diversified team
