Compensation & Benefits Manager (maternity replacement) Responsibilities: Support the company in yearly budget preparation for all personnel related costs Performance cycle management: perfromance forms collecting, checking, working directly with internal customers of correct entering of goals / results, answering questions on Performance management policy. Lead life insurance, medical insurance, and oncology insurance programs on constant basis. Lead yearly tender activities and ensure ongoing process related to employees insurance programs Participate in development of incentive programs for employees. Manage calculations of the incentive results (bonuses) Participate in Job descriptions design, Jobs evaluation Participate in Grading structure development Manage yearly Salary surveys Manage yearly employees survey Administration of English learning program for employees Participate in HR related projects (for example: company HR events, Childrenchr(39)s Day, Mens/Womenchr(39)s Day, etc) Requirements: Higher education At least 3 years of experience in C&B preferably in international business Excellent communication skills Advanced user of MS Excel Ability meet strict deadlines Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Attentive to detail Responsible, able to learn quickly Good analytical skills Team player Соnditions: Maternity replacement (approximately 1.5 years); Competitive salary; Private medical insurance, life insurance program; Сorporate mobile and laptop; Private medical insurance, life insurance program; Subsidy for food and public transport; Annual bonus, Friendly team, Work in the office.
