Key job responsibilities: Manage and work with a select group of new and existing partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs. Drive GTM execution across activities, including coordination of lead generation-related and joint sales enablement activities. Lead sales pipeline reviews between Technology Partners and the Kaspersky sales teams. Act as internal champion for the Partner, driving internal Kaspersky field enablement and account alignment. Evangelize the partners solution and value proposition internally and externally with partners & customers. Drive specific partner sales revenue through management of regular pipeline, opportunities, and business reviews with the partner and all internal stakeholders. Prepare and give periodic business reviews to the senior management team. Understand the technical considerations, certifications, and procurement processes specific cyber security area Active search and development of new potential clients; Increasing awareness of company services, their quality and benefits at the market; Achievement of personal sales KPIs. Basic qualifications: Demonstrated sales experience; preferably within Cyber Security products and solutions. Track record of success building a partner ecosystem with solutions or innovation programs. Experience managing joint GTM success with technology partners, including development and tracking of joint sell-with and sell-through business activities. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. Proactive Approach Higher education (preferably technical education); Broad-based knowledge of IT and IS basic concepts; Understanding and achievement of established strategic (long-term) and tactical (short-term) goals; Ability to turn technical language into business language; Preferred qualifications 5+ years’ experience on OEM/ISV/SI management and sales and 3+ years experiences in security area, with good connections to key security partner and customers in market. Familiarity with Kaspersky (or any other TOP Security vendors)
