компания "мунэксперт" moonexpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. a guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. we provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to btl. we are currently looking for an m&a manager to join our team, whose main task is to analyze and evaluate different companies in the fintech markets all around the world. what is to be done: providing input into overall corporate strategy development of acquisition strategy market analysis development of target longlist development of target shortlist initiating and fielding conversations with third parties engaging with investment bankers (optional) to see if they know of suitable companies for sale or looking to merge developing a market overview (which companies are for sale/likely to arise for sale, what are price levels judging by the feedback from the market. maintain an ongoing dialogue with internal teams about the feasibility of different acquisitions from various perspectives (e.g. legal, financial, etc.) provide internal feedback on how the acquisition strategy fits into the overall market as well as the company’s own corporate development strategy maintaining an ongoing dialogue with parties potentially interested in dialogue development of valuation methods, tools, and strategies for target companies. conducting due diligence, including selecting who is responsible for which part of the process, and what needs to be analyzed make pre-arrangements for the integration phase. involvement in negotiations with third parties, setting the company agenda for the acquisition in-house discussions about acquisitions and strategies to be taken within negotiations arranging deal closing coordinating the integration phase our expectations from the candidate: bachelor’s degree in related work experience (business, finance) a masterchr(39)s degree is a plus 5 years of analytical work and relevant m&a transaction execution experience at a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm, or in the corporate m&a department of a payments and/or it/fintech company related certification is a plus experience in re-engineering, turnarounds, or business integrations, with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis considerable knowledge of payments services, particularly in e-comm/forex is highly desired we offer: official employment; work format office / from home with a flexible start of the working day from 08:00 to 11:00; competitive salary (according to your wishes and professional competencies); vhi, payment for meals, a discount on classes in a fitness club; corporate english, participation in training/conferences, providing specialized literature (and not only in electronic form!); ability to influence the final result and understand the business logic of products: we follow the principles of agile; bright and non-standard corporate events - where without them =) submit your feedback! know someone who would be the perfect fit? tell them about our vacancy!
