компания "grintern" christian busch is a passionate connector, strategic, goal-driven professional with 20 years of experience in media and technology, consulting and advisory, helping companies grow and expand internationally. christian has worked with more than 75 international technology companies supporting them in their international expansion to the united states or europe. german-born, christian has spent most of his professional career in the united states, occupying senior positions at multiple companies, ranging from senior consumer marketing roles to corporate development and strategy. after a long and successful executive career, christian embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2012 and combined his business knowledge with one of his passions: investing. currently, he is the managing partner for the german accelerator u.s., ellis accelerator and glass cube investments. right now, christian is looking for a curious and open-minded junior research & business development assistant, whochr(39)s eager to help him with various tasks. if you want to dive into the world of real estate and crypto, dig for information, and are curious about different topics, apply now! what will you do? a lot of research-oriented tasks - youchr(39)ll be asked to do different tasks. for example, create overviews of investment opportunities, look at different real-estate and crypto protocols, underlying businesses, summarize whatchr(39)s going on, and dig deeper, search for airbnb properties, etc. business development tasks - reaching out to potential partners/clients (real estate properties holders and investors); build lists, contact people, follow them up if they didnchr(39)t answer. summarizing topics of articles and whitepapers - christian reads a lot and wants you to help him with summarizing information. for example, you can be asked to take 10 articles and summarize them. requirements: excellent english skills - youchr(39)ll be communicating with potential investors & property holders, going through a lot of texts and information from different sources, so we expect you to have a minimum of an advanced level and for sure we donchr(39)t want to see or hear any mistakes. research skills: you love digging for relevant info and are ready to proactively help chistian grow his broker base. willingness & ability to learn - this job opportunity is a great chance to find out about the inner processes of a startup and understand the philosophy behind entrepreneurship and science. self-reliance & focus on results - you can independently organize your own work, set goals, and achieve results. there will be no guidance and micro-management, you need to feel confident working on your own most of the time. be a proactive team player whochr(39)s not afraid to speak up your own opinion - seriously, we are looking for a person with many ideas, not just an executor. organizing skills - you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and donchr(39)t want any minute to go to waste. not necessary but will be a plus: understanding of the real estate market. understanding of crypto-related topics. good writing skills. working hours: you’ll have a flexible schedule. however, to have calls with christian who lives in florida, you’ll need to adjust to his time zone (he is available between 9 am and 5 pm pst, miami time). what we offer: part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2). please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs. remote work. you may be located in any country or city, just need a good internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with the team. opportunity to learn a lot and grow professionally to a bigger business development & research role. stability - this is not an internship or project work, we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment. quick selection process. application deadline: 27th of november 2022. please note that the later you apply - the more intensive your selection process will be, for example, you will have less time for the test assignment, etc. 1. fill in the application form - attach your cv; 2. complete the vcv recording; 3. complete the test assignment; 4. have a zoom-interview with grintern’s recruiter (no video required); 5. have a video zoom-interview with the company’s founder; 6. get hired!
